We hold our event on the second Saturday of every month at
Herringthorpe United Reformed Church
1pm - 3pm - free of charge.
Our group has grown enormously since it first opened with new members joining each time. Currently we help over 80 deaf children (from babies to teenagers) and their families by holding a deaf club on the second Saturday of every month, 1pm - 3pm.
We have raffles, tuck shop, indoor and outdoor games and lots of other different activities all run by our dedicated volunteers.
We have special events throughout the year for example -Valentines day, Easter, Eid party, Halloween, Bonfire night and Christmas.
More recently we have starting going on trips, all paid for by the fundraising we do.
Occasionally we have special guests from NDCS to chat to parents and children and have started working closely with Rotherham United Football Club.
The committee are always looking for new ideas and welcome any suggestions.
Most of all we provide a safe space for children and their families.
